Neoyoga is a melt of different traditional and modern yoga styles. Arranged and following a process aimed at gradually awakening the body and the mind by adapting to the particularities of each person.

1. Recentering

focus the mind which, very often, is scattered due to the vagaries of everyday life. Observe the different components of the breathing, note the state of his mind, the residual tensions of the physical body.

2. Buddhi Mudra Pranayama

Deep structures awakening and relearning
of the modalities of breathing :

  • Periods
  • Ddifferent areas
  • Rhythm 

Exercises of awareness then opening of the rib cage, collar bones and all the body structures involved in correct
breathing,

3. Spinal Awakening

Mobilization in the 5 main stretching
families
 of the spine:

  • Longitudinal axis 
  • Bending
  • Back bends
  • Lateral bends
  • Twists

Mainly focused on the trunk from the
cervical to the coccyx

4. Karanas

Movements synchronized with the breath in order to work on cardiac coherence, a progressive awakening of the muscles and joints in the limbs

5. Asanas

Sets of classic postures mainly

from Hatha Yoga aiming towards a main posture.

  • Stretching
  • Core building
  • Balances
  • sequence of postures flows
6. Energy Work

Awareness and control of subtle energies known as Prana in yoga, Chi/Qi in Asian culture. The concept of Energy work will serve to shift mental noise to channel it and focus attention towards a more intense presence in the present moment dispersing mental parasites along the way. These exercises can be practiced during the postures of Yin Yoga to improve effects.

7. Relaxation

We will use the techniques of Yoga Nidrarelaxation of mindfulness assimilated to lucid sleep. Based on exercises of rotations of the mind in the body, breathing and visualizations, it induces a state of deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of concentration / meditation / contemplation in its own right, practiced in a lying position, which allows conscious access to the unconscious.

8. Pranayama

Advanced breath control techniques, this stage is approached very gradually as the body stabilizes and then becomes relaxed in the previous postures. 

This is not a practice approached with beginners in general. The main condition to approach it is to be able to maintain a comfortable sitting posture without effort.

9. Meditation

Triggered logically and according to the sacred texts after mastering pranayama.
